We are going to be starting 3 groups that will be open to survivors in the community very soon! Call our office to learn more or sign up! (434) 394-3505

    • For sexual assault survivors: we will use literature (including prose, poetry, and song lyrics) to process sexual trauma.
    • For domestic violence survivors: we will use the group Seeking Safety, which focuses on the intersection of domestic violence and substance use.
    • For both sexual and domestic violence survivors: we will use Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to work through trauma. This therapy is good for learning to manage painful emotions, empowerment, etc.

Welcome to our new website! We are so excited to have this site up and running. Take a look around!

With this new site, we are able to provide you with more information in a more efficient way. Check out our events page for all the details for things we have coming up, for instance. You can also learn more about our different programs and get in-depth information about our services. Also, with this new site, it's easy to donate online or find the best donation method for you. It's also easy to send in a volunteer application.

We'll still be tweaking it as we go along, but we hope that this site helps you learn more about us and connect with us easier.
